Visa Requirements

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
2. Three recent color photos with white background (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).
3. Duly filled two Application Forms (Application for Business Visa Form).
4. Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
5. One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
6. Invitation letter from the Company which was registered under Myanmar Company Act.
7. A photocopy of valid Company Registration Certificate.
8. Tax payment record or Tax exemption certificate.
9. For starting period of established Company, to submit the explanation letter from the respective company about tax payment.
10. For still procession period on tax payment, to submit the copies of the procession documents on tax payment from the respective company.
11. For waiting period on tax payment by company, to submit the explanatin letter from the respective company.
12. A recommendation letter from employer addressed to: Visa section, Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, give brief description about occupation, purpose of visit, intended arrivaland departure dates.
13. A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
14. A photocopy of Hotel Booking.
15. Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
