WELCOME TO MYANMAR EMBASSY, BELGRADE
Myanmar and former Yugoslavia established official diplomatic relations on 19th December 1950. The first Yugoslav Ambassador was appointed on 11th April 1952. Myanmar opened its Embassy at the present address of Kneza Milosa 72, 11000, in Belgrade in 1955.
Close cooperation took place within the Non-Aligned Movement, and the Prime Minister of Burma, U Nu, is considered one of the founders of this organization.
