Visa Requirements
- Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages.
- Three recent colour photos with white background ( 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) .
- Duly filled two Application Forms ( Application for Work Shop/ Meeting/ Seminar/ Research VisaForm ) .
- Duly filled one Applicant’s Occupation Form
- One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page.
- Invitation Letter from the concerned Ministry / Organization of Myanmar including event period / working period.
- A photocopy of round-trip flight ticket.
- Applicants may be asked to provide other documents if and when necessary.
